What is Biofield Tuning?

When I meet people for the first time and they ask what I do, the most common question I get is, "What on earth is Biofield Tuning?" My short answer is that it's a form of sound healing that helps people reduce stress and improve overall health. Below is more information for all who want a more detailed explanation.

The term "biofield" was introduced in 1992 by a multi-disciplinary committee that sought to create a term bridging complementary therapy traditions with medical science. The biofield is the electrical system that runs through the body and the magnetic system surrounding it.

Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy using tuning forks, that interact with this system. The biofield encompasses our thoughts, emotions, memories, and physical body. An imbalance in any of these aspects manifests as dissonance in our electrical system, which can be detected by observing the response of the tuning forks when they are activated in a person's biofield.

Biofield Tuning helps your body naturally address imbalances that can contribute to many common physical, mental, and emotional symptoms.

How can Biofield Tuning benefit you?

By helping a person relax, and activating parts of the nervous system, many clients have noted improved digestion, reduced stress and anxiety, and increased energy - amongst other things.
